A new report from Deloitte Digital provides an inside look at how leading companies are collaborating with generative AI to transform content marketing. Key findings include:

  • 1 in 4 companies have already implemented generative AI for marketing content. Early adopters are seeing major improvements in content quality, volume, and employee productivity.
  • Companies using generative AI are able to meet rising demand for content 1.5X more often than those without it. They’re topping revenue goals by 14% on average.
  • All early adopters surveyed are already seeing positive ROI from their generative AI investments, with an average 12% return so far.
  • Private generative AI models trained on a company’s own assets can produce content that’s strategically on-brand. 40% of early adopters are taking this approach.
